LOUIS and ROCK TAVERN, NY, May 4, 2026 / — Carpenters Local 279, based in Rock Tavern, New York, represents skilled carpenters working across Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Sullivan, Ulster, and Columbia counties.
